We introduce you, the customer, to these amazing brands and products, and give you the opportunity to purchase directly from the producer themselves. No middlemen, no nonsense. BritBevvy connects you with craft, small, and medium drink producers from across Britain. When you order from BritBevvy, you’re buying directly from the producer, and your order will ship directly from them. Simply place items into the basket from one or more vendors and complete your transaction. Our awesome producers will do the rest! Support amazing British drink makers and sip equally amazing drinks? Win-win.


We accept major credit cards and debit cards. We use Stripe as our payment gateway.


Shipping costs are set by each of our producers individually. Due to the unique nature of our model, you may choose to buy from more than one producer in a single order. In that case, your total shipping cost will depend on the shipping costs dictated by each producer for their portion of the order.

Delivery time frames will depend both on the number of producers involved in your order, the initial location of the products you wish to order, and  your own delivery address. As each producer will ship their portion of your order individually, your order may be delivered in more than one parcel, and at different times.

We only enable our producers to ship within Britain at this time.

Each of our producers is required to provide shipment tracking information as they process your order for delivery. You’ll receive a notification from us, including tracking information, for each portion of your order that’s handled by a different producer.

This depends on the shipping partner being used by our producers for your delivery. In most cases, the shipment partner will either attempt delivery again, or leave a card explaining next steps.

If you have made an order and would like to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will need to act quickly to ensure that the order is re-labelled prior to our producer handing off your order to their delivery partner. If your order has already been shipped, we will need to work with the producers involved in your order to attempt to re-route your delivery. There may be an additional delivery charge in this case.


Our producers aim to provide only the most delicious products. We do however realise that taste is a matter of…taste. We always want to ensure users of our BritBevvy platform are 100% satisfied, so please contact us directly and we’d be happy to help.

In the extremely unlikely scenario that you receive a faulty product from one of our producers, please email us straight away.

If you need to return all or part of your order, please contact us for further details. Products must be unopened, and all return requests must be processed within 28 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods to the producers involved in your order.
